Inspired by one of my favourite children's books, and the work of two amazing charities, yesterday I launched a charitable giveaway to spread some kindness and goodwill this World Book Day!!

@medicalhelpukraine are a group of doctors of Ukrainian descent that work in Irish healthcare. Collectively they established Medical Help Ukraine with the aim to urgently deliver badly needed medical aid to Ukraine. Any donations they receive are being used to purchase medical and surgical supplies and ambulance cars for Ukraine. The Ukrainian Embassy in Ireland is going to facilitate the transportation to Ukraine through the Polish border.

@dr.christina_geniusjuniors is a charity with a difference, they sell children’s books and donate ALL profits to Temple Street and Crumlin hospital. I love supporting Dr.Christina's charity initiative, she dedicates so much of herself, her time and energy to this incredible initiative. The range of books she sells is truly AMAZING as is her determination to raise as much charity funds as possible.
