About The Training

This 3-hour creative, experiential, and interactive workshop, is designed for clinical supervisors seeking to deepen their awareness of the Drama Triangle dynamics.  Exploration of the Drama Triangle shines a light on the unconscious intra- and interpersonal processes that can arise in supervision and clinical practice.

Through creative activities, self and clinical reflective and open dialogue, participants will explore how to identify these roles and reflect on ways to enable therapists towards more empowered and constructive roles. The workshop aims to equip supervisors to explore ways to authentically engage with these concepts in their supervisory practice, the therapy room and beyond.

  • Increase awareness of the Drama Triangle and how unconscious roles can emerge in the therapeutic setting.
  • Equip supervisors with tools to support therapists to recognise how roles emerge and how unconsciously one can get hooked into colluding with the role dynamics
